CLPL’s strategy is to generate value through an asset-light model by marketing premium branded products in domestic and export markets using a low-cost manufacturing base. It is leveraging Mahindra Group’s manufacturing and sourcing strengths, Phi’s past experience in resurrecting vintage global brands, and Boman Irani’s valuable experience in this field and the connection with Yezdi.
