Siddharth is a Senior Investment Director at Phi Capital.
Siddharth brings with him 18 years of experience in Private Equity, Venture Capital, and Management Consulting. Over the last 10 years, he has played a pivotal role in the core senior investment team at JM Financial Private Equity – a quartile one, mid-market, sector agnostic PE Fund. During his time at JM, he worked across the entire life cycle – helped set-up and raise two funds, sourced deals, led investments, held board positions, managed portfolio companies and exits. At JM, Siddharth focused on sectors like consumer, manufacturing, logistics and technology.
Prior to JM, Siddharth was an Investment Analyst at Mayfield Fund for close to 3 years where he supported the team on fund raise, investments and portfolio management.
Siddharth has also been part of MSL (Publicis Group) and Ernst & Young for several years, in various roles across management consulting, corporate strategy and statutory audit.
Siddharth is a Chartered Accountant, ICAI and a BCom. graduate from HR College, Mumbai University.
