Sivaram is a Partner at Phi Capital.
He has over four decades of experience across finance, sales & marketing, operations and taxation. He started his career in the tax practice with a leading audit firm in New Delhi. Sivaram then moved to Punjab Tractors (Swaraj Group). He spent over 29 years with the Swaraj Group of companies where he handled senior management positions across various functions. In Swaraj, Sivaram made significant contributions in cost control, growth strategy, judicious allocation of financial resources and in setting the group’s ethical standards and transparent approach.
He was responsible for the finance function of all Swaraj group companies. He later also took up the responsibility for Sales & Marketing of Swaraj Mazda (now SML Isuzu Limited) and eventually became COO of Punjab Tractors in 2006. He stepped out in 2007 to join Anupam and start Phi Capital.
Sivaram is an avid reader and has been a guest lecturer in Chandigarh’s University Business School. Sivaram holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Delhi University and is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
